R&D Tax Reliefs Review: Consultation on a single scheme
Our response to the Government consultation on R&D Tax Reliefs review includes comments on how and when a single scheme for both large and SMEs might work, the positive potential, and probable difficulties associated with such a move, and whether a minimum claim level should be considered, how the targeting of these incentives could be improved while dissuading abuse of the incentives.
